These terms and conditions apply to the use of any website owned and operated by Gentlebodycare.co. By accessing this website, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. DEFINITIONS

" Gentlebodycare.co" is a trading company whose registered office is at 10 Thornsett Road, London SW18 4EN, UK. Company Registration 6289211.

" website" refers to any of the websites owned and operated by Gentlebodycare.co.

" net order value" is the total value of the order after deduction of any discounts, deals or special offers but before the deduction of any vouchers issued by Gentlebodycare.co. The net order value is used to calculate carriage and delivery charges.

COPYRIGHT

The copyright to the contents of this website belongs to Gentlebodycare.co. Users may download, view and print materials for their own personal, non-commercial use.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

All orders for goods shall be subject to these terms and conditions. No variation of these terms and conditions shall apply unless agreed in writing by Gentlebodycare.co.

Gentlebodycare.co guarantee that all goods on offer are accurately described on the website and are fit for their intended purpose. Should any product fail to meet our high standards it will be immediately replaced. This does not affect your statutory rights.

OVER 18?

Please note that orders can only be accepted from customers who are 18 years or older. If you are under 18 years of age you are welcome to browse our website but regret that we are unable to accept any order from you.

PAYMENT

Payment for goods ordered can be made by most major credit or debit cards except American Express and Diners Card.

In the event of payment being declined by your card issuer, Gentlebodycare.co shall not be responsible for any costs or inconvenience caused by a subsequent delay in despatch.

DELIVERY CHARGES AND METHODS - UK MAINLAND

Net Order Value, within the UK Mainland to any value     £1.50

Special Delivery by 12 am next day from £5.00, dependent on weight. Orders must be placed by 2pm for next working day delivery. Orders placed on a Friday for with Special Delivery charged placed are not sent for Saturday Next Day delivery, unless by arrangement on the phone as the levy for this service is greater.  Orders placed on a Friday for Next Day delivery service will arrive on the following Monday or Tuesday if a Bank Holiday is in place.                                     

Orders are generally sent by Royal Mail Second Class to UK destinations.

Orders valued between £45 and £100 net order value are generally sent by Courier for delivery the day after despatch.

In general orders are despatched on the day after they are received, however at busy times this may not be possible.

Please allow one week for delivery or up to 5 working days for UK Mainland orders sent by Royal Mail Second Class.

Orders will dispatched through either: Royal Mail or a courier service depending on the size of the order.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, all UK customers have the right to cancel orders placed through a website within seven working days of their receipt of the goods. UK residents wishing to cancel an order under these Regulations should return the goods to Gentlebodycare.co, 10 Thornsett Road, London SW18 4EN, UK in their original packing and in their original condition.

Gentlebodycare.co will not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to goods returned in this way until they are received at the address above and we strongly recommend that returns are sent by Recorded Delivery or some other means of tracked delivery system.

Once we receive the goods in saleable condition, a refund for their cost will be made to your credit/debit card.

RETURN OF GOODS

Customers wishing to return goods other than by way of an Order Cancellation must contact our Customer Service team by telephone on +44 (0)203 072 1072 or by e-mail at customerservices@gentlebodycare.co.uk for instructions.

If you decide you no longer wish to keep the goods you have purchased we will refund, exchange or offer a credit note for the product(s) if you return the goods, at your own expense, within 28 days of receiving your order. Where goods are faulty, or were sent in error, we will refund any postage costs you incur returning the items.

All returned goods will be examined upon receipt. For reasons of hygiene we are unable to offer refunds, replacements or exchanges on any opened or used goods. We will process your return as quickly as possible and will notify you by email once your refund, replacement or exchange has been processed, no later than 7 working days after we have received the goods. Please note that delivery charges are not refunded. Without exception, we will not accept returns on open or used items, unless the item is faulty. Products on special offer or explicitly noted as non-returnable cannot be returned. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service to return items. 

Our products are free of the most common allergens such as artificial colour and fragrance. However some people may find they are sensitive to essential oils and any substance, natural or chemical, is capable of triggering sensitivities - where advised always perform a skin test. For your protection we always list the complete ingredient listings next to the products we stock, so if you know you are sensitive to certain ingredients you can check whether or not they are in the product. For some products you can order free samples from our website, so you can perform a patch test. However we regret that we are not able to offer a refund, credit or exchange if, after using a product, you find you are sensitive to it or it is unsuitable for your needs.

PACKING ERRORS

Customers who receive orders that have been incorrectly packaged or if there are items missing from the shipment must notify Gentlebodycare.co within 10 working days of receipt of delivery.  The company will rectify where errors have been made in the packaging of goods.
