All orders for goods shall be subject to these terms and

Should any product
fail to meet our high standards it will be immediately replaced.

PAYMENT
Payment for goods ordered can be made by most major credit or debit
cards except American Express and Diners Card.
In the event of payment being declined by your card issuer, Gentlebodycare.co
shall not be responsible for any costs or inconvenience caused by a subsequent
delay in despatch.

Orders up to £35 net order value are subject
to a charge of £1.50
for postage and packing and are generally sent by First Class post.
Orders
valued between £35 and £100 net order value are subject
to a charge of £4.75 for postage and packing and are generally sent
by Courier for delivery the day after despatch.
Orders over £100
net order value are sent carriage free by Courier for delivery the day
after despatch.
In general orders are despatched on the day after they are received, however
at busy times this may not be possible. Please allow one week for delivery.
Orders
will dispatched through either: Royal Mail or a courier service depending
on the size of the order.
CANCELLATION OF ORDER
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, all UK customers
have the right to cancel orders placed through a website within seven working
days
of their
receipt of the goods. UK residents wishing to cancel an order under
these Regulations
should return the goods to Gentlebodycare.co, Saga Centre 326 Kensal
Rd London W10 5BZ in their original packing and in their original condition.
Gentlebodycare.co
will not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to goods returned in
this way until they are received at the address
above and
we strongly recommend that returns are sent by Recorded Delivery
or some other means of tracked delivery system.
Once we receive the
goods in saleable condition, a refund for their cost will be made to your
credit/debit card.

Customers wishing to return goods other than by way of an Order
